In a cemetary behind the Plumstead Friends Meeting House lies the graves of two of the imfamous Doan Gang, which included five brothers and a cousin. Loyal tothe King during the Revolutionary War, the Doans would steal horses from residents of Bucks County and sell them to the British during the war. It was said they stole over 200 horses.
To see the graves of Levi and Abraham enter the graveyard and go to the left side of the back wall.
